I realize that I gain my weight dengan dahsyat sekali. Not dare untuk timbang my weight. Takut penimbang tu pusing 2x. hahaha..... Ramai yang perasan dan tegur on that matter including my mom. I think Mr. Hubby also feels the same thing but tak sampai hati nak tegur. Takut tersinggung kot. He knows me very well. But at times, dia akan berkias-kias la jugak. I just ignore him and buat bodoh je. Tapi, lama-kelamaan me myself yang takut sendiri. ye la...sapa yang tak takut bila berat badan naik kan? After all, my work needs me looks good all the time. Bila berat badan naik, bole hilang confident diri. Macamana ni??? :( Well, I am actually got few things to do. Taktau la work out or not. But at least ada kemahuan dan kesedaran kan?
1st : I need to control my appetite. I ate a lot everyday and I just couldn't stop myself from eating biscuits plus tib bits during work. That's not a good habit actually. I also can't skip my dinner as well. But I'm trying to reduce my meal specially something yang berkaitan with carbohidrate.
2nd : I need to exercise. Jogging? Tapi takde masa langsung. Balik keja dah penat and tak larat nak angkat badan langsung. But when I think it over it might be the fat inside my body dah mempengaruhi sistem badanku ini. Kena LAWAN! Is there any exercise yang ringan2 tak? To be honest, I hate jogging!

mkn nasi boleh but once a day cukup and portion dia mesti sikit .... dinner boleh tp make sure before 7.30pm. Ini nasihat dietician la tp I xpernah ikut...heheh.. nk buat cmne dh lapar sentiasa.
dear..my advise is take heavy bfast skip lunch (just make ur self busy during lunch time) dinner just have 1 bowl of rice enough..berkesan like my sister..my sis also cpt naik badan what she do is like above..try and dun 4get its all up to u..fight all ur keinginan to eat like junk food especially biscuit..
gud luck dear..oh ya dun 4get to exercise yg ringan2 also can at home..like if u have staircase just turun naik2x few times make sure keluar keringat ok..it is important kasi kuar keringat...gud luck gud luck
